Official Support Policy

Item Support includes :

• Questions regarding the item and its features
• Bug fix, if any ‘confirmed’ bug in the item
• Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new WordPress versions.

Though we provide support for most of the queries (small changes too, not always though); there is a fine line between support and customization. We cannot provide extensive help in terms of modifications.

Changing the functionality and appearance of the theme, to do something it was not intended to do or created on the theme demo site is not entitled under support.

Support does not include following ( officially ) :

– Themes modifications and customization (Design + Code)
– Installation Services
– Third-party plugin support
– Server side issues
– New Feature additions
– Common WordPress Issues
