It is because, that four petal flower masking image is an SVG image. Many hosts keep SVG import disabled for safety purpose.

Photo is hidden behind the masking image. And as that masking images is not present i.e have a 404 (not found) error…hiding that photo too.

How to assign the masking image then:

• Download this svg shape…bentoshape1.svg
• Assign shape via element’s settings 
• If svg upload is disabled for the setup. ….you can temporarily enable it. Can be disabled after image upload via elementor settings.
