You may get this error while installing theme / plugin via WordPress Admin.
Please note, it is not a theme related error 🙂 .

How to get over?

• Either skip upload via WordPress Admin and go for FTP upload
• Fix the error
  – Deactivate all plugins, if you are not working on fresh WP install.
  – Check your PHP configuration limits
